Dr Abhilasha Narayan completed her MBBS & MS degree in Obstetrics & Gynaecology from Bangalore Medical College. Later, also did her DNB (Diplomate of National Board) in Obstetrics & Gynaecology . She has a special interest in Gynaec Oncology and did her Fellowship and Residency in Gynaec Oncology from Kidwai Memorial Institute of Oncology, Bangalore. She is also trained in administering Chemotherapy and palliative care management of cancer patients.

Apart from the above, she has undergone training in Basic Obstetric and Gynaec Ultrasound and Infertility from renowned centres.

She has presented scientific research papers at various national conferences and has won Young Gynaec Oncologist award for a paper presentation in 2011 at the annual conference conducted by AGOI (Association of Gynaec Oncologists of India). She has also coauthored and published case reports and research papers in both national and international journals.
